Frequently Asked Questions

How do I generate an invoice?

Open the Omalos app, tap "Generate Complete Invoice," and upload your Rate Confirmation PDF and Bill of Lading PDF. The app will automatically extract all required information and produce your invoice.

What file formats are supported?

The app currently supports PDF files for both the Rate Confirmation and Bill of Lading documents.

How do I delete my account?

To request account and data deletion, email us at info@bsplgx.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and your registered email address. We will process your request within 5 business days.

Where is my data stored?

Your data is securely stored using Supabase cloud infrastructure. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
